Growing up immersed in the construction industry, Jason Giachetti developed a deep appreciation for building at an early age. He later earned an engineering degree from Florida State University and began his career managing large-scale projects for major corporations, including Chevron and BP, as well as at the Turkey Point Nuclear Facility in Miami, Florida. With over 20 years of project management experience, he brings a disciplined, detail-oriented approach to project execution at the highest level. His experience in South Florida construction has shaped a mindset that prioritizes durability, efficiency, and long-term value.
Beyond the technical aspects, Jason takes pride in contributing to the evolving landscape of South Florida. He sees each project not just as a structure, but as part of a larger community fabric—something that must serve both present needs and future generations. By combining disciplined construction practices with regional expertise, Jason contributes to projects that add lasting value to the communities they serve. Jason is now President of JAG Development, where he oversees every home built from concept to completion.
JAG Development was founded on a legacy of craftsmanship, experience, and a deep understanding of high-end residential construction. The company’s roots trace back to 1977, when Albert Giachetti founded Hampton Progressive in New York. Over the next decade, the company designed and built more than 100 custom homes throughout the Hamptons. These early years established a strong foundation in quality construction, attention to detail, and client-focused design that continues to define the brand today.
In 1986, Albert relocated the business to Florida, rebranding Hampton Progressive as JAG Design and Development. Bringing his expertise to South Florida’s eastern coastline, he focused on building luxury residences that reflect both refined architectural design and the distinctive lifestyle of coastal living. From East Boca Raton through West Palm Beach, his work has contributed to some of the region’s most sought-after residential communities.
